A unique experience that gives you the opportunity of viewing our National bird in its natural habitat. The Stewart Island Brown Kiwi wanders amongst the sands and undergrowth looking for sand hoppers and grubs. Kiwis will often cross your path with an air of nonchalance, then scuttle into the undergrowth. A three-night stay at Stewart Island is recommended to ensure you are able to take this tour as weather conditions prevail.
