*777-300 aircraft operate daily from London Heathrow to Los Angeles and onwards to Auckland. If you choose to fly the Hong Kong route, the cabin & in-flight  xperiences will differ to that shown below.

STOPOVERS

Stopovers enroute to or from your final destination are available as follows:

- Los Angeles or San Francisco: Free in both directions

- Auckland: Free in both directions

- Hong Kong: Free in both directions

- Within New Zealand: 4 stopovers permitted for £63 each (subject to terms & conditions)

- Fiji (Nadi), Cook Islands (Papeete) 2 stopovers permitted for £219 each

* Please note same day transfers do not constitute a stopover

 

UK Regional Airport Connections

Flights are available from the following regional airports to connect with your international flight from London Heathrow:
Aberdeen, Belfast, Inverness, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Teesside, Manchester.


Supplement from approximately £45 per person each way (economy class / additional taxes apply)

Children - Children aged 2 to 11 years travelling economy or premium economy pay 75% of the adult fare.


Infants - One infant may travel at 10% of the adult fare. Infants do not have a seat. If a seat is required the child fares detailed above will apply.


Fare Payment - A deposit payment will guarantee your reservation. Full balance payment is due 90 days prior to travel (or at the time of booking if travelling within 10 weeks).


Names on Tickets - The name on your ticket must match the name on your passport, please ensure that your confirmation invoice reflects the correct spelling of both your First Name and Surname.

 

Luggage Allowance*
Economy - 1 piece, maximum weight 23kgs (50lbs)
Premium Economy* - 2 pieces, maximum weight 23kgs (50lbs) per piece.
Business Premier* - 3 pieces, maximum weight 23kgs (50lbs) per piece.

Where domestic flights within New Zealand are included as part of the International ticket, the same piece system also applies for the domestic sectors. For passengers who have purchased a separate ticket for domestic travel within New Zealand, different allowances apply: (Details on request).

Non-Smoking Flights - All flights are nonsmoking.


Schedule Changes - Flight schedules are arranged many months in advance and although rare, some flight rescheduling does occur. In most instances any  changes are kept to a minimum and we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. Your return flight should be reconfirmed with your airline 72 hours before departure. Please note that schedule changes are made by the airline and not by 1st Class Holidays and any such changes are beyond our control.
