This is an exceptional opportunity to experience the Aussie Bush in search of Australia’s iconic native animals, looking for the animals when they’re most active, with a noon to evening tour. Travelling in a 4-wheel-drive vehicle you will head for the Southern Highlands, just 100kms from Sydney. A picnic style lunch is included before heading to Canyonleigh, a remote rural community, it is here you join an experienced guide for a bushwalk to look for Koalas in their natural habitat.
Your afternoon drive continues in search of wildlife and includes a platypus river walk. After dinner, go night-spotting for nocturnal wombats, gliders & possums. Following your night tour, return to Sydney where you will be dropped at your hotel around 10pm.
Tour includes a specialist Naturalist Guide to interpret all you see, lunch, country style dinner & hotel pick up & drop off.
