Your Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 - Perth to Albany (409km) approximate
This morning pick up your rental car and depart Perth for the 400km drive
via the historic town of Kojonnup to Albany. On arrival in Albany, we
recommend you drive along the awesome coastal features of Torndirrup National
Park - the Gap and Natural Bridge being two of the most impressive. The
Whaleworld Museum, a former Whaling Station is also worth a visit. Accommodation:

Day 2 - Albany to Pemberton (239 km) approximate
Drive to the picturesque town of Denmark before heading to the Valley
of the Giants. We recommend the Treetop Walk. This spectacular suspended,
construction will having you walking 40 metres above the forest floor
amongst the canopy of ancient Tingle Trees. From there it's only a short
drive to the timer town of Pemberton. Climb the famous Gloucester Tree,
taste some wine at the Gloucester Ridge Vineyard or browse through the
Fine Woodcraft Galleries, these are just a few of the things to do in

Day 3 - Pemberton to Margaret River (255km) approximate
Today we recommend a visit to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse in Augusta, where
the Indian and Southern Oceans meet, as self guided tour of the enormous,
unique and decorative limestone cave system, aptly named Mammoth Cave

Day 4 - Margaret River
Today tour the Margaret River area famous for it's many wineries and gourmet
produce. We recommend, Amberley Estate, Leeuwin Estate, Xanadu and the
Margaret River Chocolate factory just to name a few. For a true Aussie
experience visit Yallingup Shearing Shed for sheep shearing demonstration.

Day 5 - Margaret River to Perth (280km) approximate
On your return journey to Perth, call into Dolphin Beach at Koombana Bay,
Bunbury. The dolphin centre is situated on the foreshore of Koombana Bay
where wild dolphins regularly come into the beach. Dolphin-watching boat
tours and Swim with the dolphin tours also operate from the centre. On
arrival in Perth drop-off your rental car. Accommodation: Sullivans Hotel

Today, please drop off your rental vehicle.

Your Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 - Perth to Geraldton (420km) approximate
On your drive to Geraldton we suggest a detour to Sorrento Quay, a marine
village on the edge of the Indian Ocean and into Nambung National Park,
home of the mystical Pinnacles. The Pinnacles are a world of limestone
spires-varying from the size of a truck to others smaller than a finger-
all rising from smooth sand dunes. Accommodation: Geraldton Motor Inn

Day 2 - Geraldton to Monkey Mia (440km) approximate
The coast of Geraldton saw many shipwrecks when early Dutch mariners heading
for the East Indies were swept too far south and struck the West Australian
shore. Drive through Kalbarri National Park, featuring stunning river
gorges and towering sea cliffs. Accommodation: Monkey Mia Resort
Day 3 - Monkey Mia
Today is at leisure, maybe take a dolphin watch cruise or swim with the
dolphins at Shark Bay. Accommodation: Monkey Mia Resort
Day 4 - Monkey Mia to Kalbarri (400km) approximate
On your return south, you will again pass through Kalbari National Park.
Kalbarri is a town of contrasts; the surrounding area is rich in history,
wildflowers (in season) and magnificent scenery. Accommodation: Kalbarri

Day 5 - Kalbarri to Perth (620km) approximate
We suggest you travel via New Norica, a small settlement revolving around
the Benedictine Monastery. Accommodation: Sullivans Hotel Perth Day
6 - Perth
