Accommodation 

Choose between a pine cabin or authentic Indian Tipi for your overnight accommodation at Grand Canyon Ranch. Enjoy solitude and privacy in one of their genuine Pine Cabins or authentic Indian Tipis. Your cabin features a double bed, single bed in the loft area, bathroom with a big Cowboy bathtub & shower, and a fireplace or heater. Larger cabins include two single beds in the loft area. Step into a Cowboy bathtub and rejuvenate yourself in pure mineral water originating from deep under the Grand Canyon Plateau.

Each authentic Indian Tipi comes with a double bed and a personal walking lantern. An additional rollaway bed may be added to a larger Tipi.

Overnight Campout
New for 2011, Stay an extra night and experience an incredible overnight campout. Saddle up your horse and enjoy the centuries old traditions of the American cowboy as you step back in time on a guided overnight campout. Your journey starts with a ride through the Joshua Tree-lined Mormon trail, through the Iron Basin known as the Music Mountains of Arizona. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of Spirit Mountain as you climb into the vastness of the open range. At  sunset you will reach your rustic Cowboy camp where a cold beverage awaits. Enjoy home cooked western cuisine while you relax in the company of your fellow Cowboys and Cowgirls. Relax under a canopy of stars and relive the history and stories of the outlaws from the Old Wild West. Just after Sunrise and a freshly made cup of Cowboy coffee, it's time to saddle up and head back to the Ranch house for a hearty breakfast.

Buffalo Safari
Step back in time on a Guided Horseback Ride and and Buffalo Safari or Horse-drawn Wagon Ride and Buffalo Safari (additional cost payable locally). This is a once in a lifetime opportunity as you participate in a centuries old tradition. Journey through the Historic Joshua Tree lined Mormon Trail as you track down wild buffalo in their natural environment. See and photograph wild buffalo in their native habit at Buffalo Point.

Helicopter Flight into the Grand Canyon
For those arriving at the Ranch by car, there is no need to miss the excitement of a helicopter ride. Whilst at the Ranch you can take a flight To the Edge & Beyond descending over 1,500 ft. passing through millions of years of geological time and viewing some of the oldest rock formations in the world. Your breath will be taken away as you pass by towering cathedral buttresses and columns bathed in ever-changing colours, sights that were once only shared by eagles!

GETTING TO THE RANCH

By Helicopter
Grand Canyon Ranch is only 45 minutes away from Las Vegas International Airport. After arriving at Las Vegas, you will be transferred to the Executive Air Terminal to board your awaiting luxury executive helicopter operated by Heli USA Airways for a spectacular 45 minute flight via the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead taking you through the Grand Canyon to the Ranch.

By Car
From Las Vegas, Grand Canyon Ranch is only 2 hours away. Follow US 95/93 toward Hoover Dam (32 mi.). Continue past the dam for about 45 miles to Pierce Ferry Road. Turn left on Pierce Ferry Road toward Dolan Springs and continue through Dolan Springs. Please watch your speed as you travel through town as 25 miles per hour is the maximum posted speed. Continue for 27 miles, then through the Joshua Tree Forest to Diamond Bar Road. Turn right, continue on for 7 miles. Watch for Grand Canyon Ranch Gate Entrance on right.

Stays at the Ranch are kept to a maximum of two nights. The Ranch is designed as short stay accommodation on the West Rim of the canyon (the Getaway package is designed for a single night stay).

This is a very historic location and not designed as a resort and consequently does not have such facilities; instead they provide a fantastic opportunity for a unique Ranch experience for visitors to the West Rim area of the Canyon.
