"FLEX-RATES"
Please read these notes CAREFULLY so that you fully
understand how the rates & mileage packs work.
Your rental rates are based on the Cruise America
“Flex” system. This system takes no account of seasons, but is based on
availability of vehicles and is designed to give you the best possible
rate at the time you book. The price grid shows eight separate fare levels
for each vehicle. The earlier you book the more chance you have to get
the lower “flex” rate. The more vehicles that are available means that
the cheaper the price will be, no matter what time of the year you book.
Our reservations consultants will advise you of the
current flex rate & will also advise if changing your dates or pick up
location offers a lower rate. E.g. – book in October 2007 for a July 2008
pick-up & the chances are you will pay for flex 1 or 2. But book in June
for a July pick up and the flex rate may be at level 8 – but by changing
to another location or amending your pick up date may mean you could be
level 6 or 7…
RATES INCLUDE:
Daily rental for your chosen vehicle & TAXES.
RATES DO NOT
INCLUDE:
Mileage, Taxes (on pre-paid & local charges), one way fees, optional insurance’s,
vehicle kits, personal kits, fuel, any other items rented locally.
RATE CALCULATIONS:
Are per vehicle per day and are based on your pick up date (pick up date
determines the rate for the entire rental). Minimum rental is 7 days.
VEHICLE SUBSTITUTIONS:
Cruise America will do their best to provide you with the vehicle booked
but on some occasions may need to upgrade you to a larger vehicle at no
additional cost. Should you choose to take a smaller vehicle there will
be no refund. Should Cruise America be forced to offer you a smaller vehicle,
the difference in cost between the vehicle booked and that taken will
be refunded to you - that is the limit of their liability.

Alternatively, mileage packs can be pre-purchased at £87 per
500 miles,
or unlimited mileage for 7-21 day rentals at £482 (between
01 April-31 Oct)

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to pre-pay some of
the extra charges applicable to your rental.
For just £39 per vehicle per day you will receive:
* Vehicle Departure Kit (pots, pans utensils etc)
* Personal kits (bedding, plates etc for each member of your party)
* 140 miles per rental day
All - inclusive option must be requested at the time of booking.
