Ask the vast majority of North Americans how they spend their main summer holiday and it will be either at a beach, fishing or at some type of a resort. There are various types and styles of Resorts & Lodges available in different areas of America, from log cabins to luxury resorts and from themed attractions to health spas.

Some are located right in the heart of a town or city, others are way in the countryside, down by a lake, high in the mountains, right by the beach and some are even in the wilderness!

What is really great about the properties selected is that whichever of the above you would like to experience, it can usually be done all in one place! These places are very often in the most beautiful of places and offer the ideal opportunity for a relaxed romantic hideaway or to have quiet and peaceful time as well as being able to enjoy that favourite pastime.

The standard of accommodation is always usually excellent, with many amenities being standard and sometimes inclusive of special activities too. We would like you to seriously consider spending some of your precious holiday time doing absolutely nothing at all! Or, if that does not appeal to you, at least spend long enough at one of these resorts and do a little of everything they have to offer! The choice is absolutely yours.
