Private self-catering homes and apartments are an increasingly popular type of accommodation choice for visitors to Florida. The overall value for money and freedom offer the feeling of a 'home from home'. Although our selection of Homes and Villas are all conveniently located within easy reach of the main attractions, a car hire is usually required and recommended.

All homes are privately owned and furnished to a high standard by their individual owners. They are maintained by a local professional management company, who are usually able to assist you with any problems you may encounter.

Non-Smoking Policy

All homes are designated ‘non-smoking’. Anyone who chooses to smoke inside the property run the risk of having to pay cleaning bills to eliminate the smell of smoke and ash that has permeated the furnishings. The full terms and conditions of your rental will be provided with your confirmation invoice.

Kissimmee Area Homes, Orlando, Florida

4, 5 & 6 bedroom homes

All Kissimmee Homes are between 5 and 20 minutes drive to the main gate of Disney, South of Kissimmee just off the main highway 192. Davenport / US 27 Developments include Westridge, Loma Vista, Lakeside Estates, Lindfields, Indian Ridge, Buenaventura Lakes and Chatham Park.

All homes reside in a mature and completed developments.. A variety of shops and restaurants are situated along Highway 192.

All homes are air-conditioned, fully carpeted and furnished for up to 8 persons in a 3 bedroom, 10 people in a 4 bedroom, 12 people in a 5 bedroom and 14 people in a 6 bedroom.

Some homes provide a double bed-settee in one of the living rooms. In addition you will find a colour TV with some houses benefiting from cable. There is a separate dining room with table & chairs and a fully fitted kitchen . The kitchen has the appliances you would expect to find in a modern day kitchen. There is a cooker with extractor hood, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. You will also find plenty of crockery and cutlery. The garage houses the automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. All homes are well equipped with bed linen and towels.

The private swimming pool is fully screened with an automatic cleaning system and is serviced weekly. If you require a pool with either gas or solar heating please advise at the time of booking, generally there is only a charge for gas heated pools. The exact home address will be advised upon arrival. All guests are required to leave an accidental damage deposit of approximately $200 which is refundable. Cots or high chairs maybe organised locally, a small fee maybe required.

All Kissimmee Apartments are no more than 15/20 minutes drive away from the main gate of Disney via the Osceola Parkway. There is a communal pool with sun deck and sun loungers. For Golfers Kissimmee Golf & Country Club is only minutes away.

Apartments are air-conditioned, fully carpeted and comfortably furnished for up to 6 people in a 2 bedroom and 8 people in a 3 bedroom, having 2/3 double bedrooms including a master suite, plus a double bed-settee in the living room. It also features a separate dining room and fully fitted kitchen.

The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect to find in a modern day kitchen. There is a cooker with extractor hood, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. You will also find crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board.
